MBB Leadership Development
We are committed to seeking and investing in Muslim Background Believers (MBBs), recognizing the immense leadership potential in each individual, both for today and the future. Many of our MBB staff come directly from our internship programs. Our goal is to nurture their gifts and abilities through personal, relational, academic, and organizational development, empowering them to share their transformational stories and step into leadership roles. Currently, we are blessed with ten MBB staff members at various levels and continue to pray for many more to join us!
