Want to see Muslims reached with the Gospel?
Let’s do it together!
We share Hope with Muslims and help Christians effectively communicate the Gospel. We’re searching for people who share our passion.
Staff Categories
Interested in sharing the Gospel full-time?
Our full-time staff are required to raise full financial support to cover salary, benefits, and expenses. A small portion—10%—of each staff member's support goes directly to Crescent Project to help support the ministry. All of our staff have full access to essential services from the organization, such as training on how to raise support, a personal support-raising coach, professional development opportunities, and more. All staff meet regularly with their direct supervisor who will help them set goals, create ministry strategies, and provide general oversight and advice critical to growing their ministry. Each year, full-time staff members are required to attend our National Conference, Sahara Challenge, and annual Staff Retreat in order to stay connected with our Crescent Project team. These events allow us to provide additional training to staff and are great ways to encourage each other and leave feeling refreshed and inspired.
Want to minister to Muslims, but don’t want to make it a full-time ministry?
We have many part-time staff who commit to spending at least 15 hours a week working with Crescent Project! Part-time staff are required to raise financial support to cover a salary based on the number of hours worked each week. A small portion—10%—of each staff member's support goes directly to Crescent Project to help support the ministry. All our staff have full access to essential services from the organization, such as training on how to raise support, a personal support-raising coach, professional development opportunities, and more. Staff meet regularly with their direct supervisor who will help them set goals, create ministry strategies, and provide general oversight and advice critical to growing their ministry. Each year, our part-time staff members are required to attend National Conference, Sahara Challenge, and our annual Staff Retreat in order to stay connected with the Crescent Project team. These events allow us to provide additional training to staff and are great ways to encourage each other and leave feeling refreshed and inspired.
Feel called to reach Muslims for Christ, but not looking for a full or part-time ministry?
Affiliates
Affiliates are people dedicated to sharing the Gospel, committed to raising enough support to cover the cost of their ministry, and excited about working with Crescent Project! Each Affiliate commits to raising $2500 annually, either from donations or personal financial support, to cover their ministry expenses. Like our full- and part-time staff, Affiliates have an official Crescent Project email address, business cards, and ministry account. Affiliates meet regularly with their direct supervisor who will help them set goals, create ministry strategies, and provide general oversight and advice critical to growing their ministry. Affiliates are required to attend Sahara Challenge at least one time during their work with Crescent Project. Additionally, they are encouraged to attend National Conference and our annual Staff Retreat in order to stay connected with the Crescent Project team. These events allow us to provide additional training to staff and are great ways to encourage each other and leave feeling refreshed and inspired.
Advocates
Just as with the other categories of involvement, Advocates also take on a visible position with Crescent Project, representing Christ and the values of the ministry. In order to effectively represent the ministry, Advocate staff are provided the resources, training, and mentoring they need to do their work effectively. All Advocates are encouraged to attend Crescent Project’s annual National Conference, and they are required to attend Sahara Challenge at least one time during their work with Crescent Project. Additionally, Advocate staff are invited to join the rest of the staff each year for our annual Staff Retreat, but it is not required. Advocate staff are not required to raise funds and do not maintain a staff account.
