Three Levels of Sponsorship:

 

Bronze Sponsor: $500

Included in the Bronze sponsorship:

  • ¼ page ad in our conference materials,

  • logo on printed conference resources and

  • logo on the Sahara Challenge website, and

  • one complimentary event pass.

  • Booth space not included.


Silver Sponsor: $1,000

  • Included in the Silver sponsorship package:

  • Reserved general 10’x10’ space

  • 6’ table and black tablecloth provided,

  • ½ page ad in our conference materials,

  • pre-session slide (in rotation each session),

  • logo on printed conference resources

  • logo on Sahara Challenge website,

  • two complimentary event passes (included lunches and breaks)

  • ADD-ON options:

    • Luncheon sponsorship

    • Attendee tote bag sponsorship


Gold Sponsorship: $2,000

  • Included in the Gold sponsorship package:

  • Reserved premium 10’x10’ booth space

  • 6’ table and black tablecloth,

  • FULL PAGE ad in our printed conference materials,

  • pre-session slide (in rotation each session), logo recognition on conference website,

  • 30-second promo video in General Session loop,

  • two complimentary event passes  (includes lunches and breaks)

  • Legacy Sponsorship including both 2025 live and virtual Sahara Challenge events, including fall virtual event.

  • Attendee tote bag Sponsorship (logo included on tote all received)

  • ADD-ON options:

Lunch Sponsorship: $500

Host a 30-minute session to share about your organization while attendees have lunch! Note: this session must end 10 minutes prior to the next general session start time. Offer available to two organizations each day, over the two full days of Sahara Challenge. (Available to Silver and Gold Sponsors)

Legacy Sponsorship: $500

For those who desire to have a presence at both the LIVE Sahara Challenge and 2025 Online Sahara Challenge, this add-on guarantees a Gold-Level Sponsorship with fully designed virtual booth that includes your downloadable assets, direct email link to your team member of choice, 60-second video and links to your social media channels. The Legacy Sponsorship also includes two registrations to attend Sahara Challenge Online.

Attendee Bag Sponsorship: $500

Your logo would look really great alongside ours on this year’s Sahara Challenge attendee tote bags!

This sponsorship is available only to one organization, and each attendee will receive a bag with your branding on it.

Sponsor Highlight Email: $100

Want our attendees to learn more about your initiatives and what sets you apart as an organization? Take advantage of one of our six sponsor highlight emails! These emails will go out to our attendees leading up to Sahara Challenge and we would love to highlight YOUR organization

Exhibits will be open for the entire duration of the Conference. The exhibits will be placed in high-traffic areas for optimal exposure.

Set-Up & Tear-Down

  • Conference Dates: Tuesday, April 8 - Thursday April 10, 2025

  • Set-Up Times: Tuesday, April 8, 12PM-4PM

  • Tear-Down Times: Thursday, April 10, TBD

Presence

Please make sure there is at least one person manning the booth at all times. Sponsors should be at their booths during lunch breaks. Dinners are offsite on your own. We recommend sponsors stay briefly to catch folks before they leave, then return in time to catch those before we reconvene.

Shipping & Storage

Crescent Project & will be happy to receive packages for sponsors. Please make arrangements via email to adrienne@crescentproject.org.

  • 200-250 highly-qualified and “passionate about missions” attendees

  • We will assign exhibits to Sponsors based on sponsorship level. You will receive your assignment with venue map one week prior to the conference.

  • The schedule has allotted time for viewing exhibits before sessions, at breaks, during lunches, and between sessions and breakouts.

  • To gain access to the Conference, you will need to have a Complimentary Pass or purchase a ticket.

  • Sponsorship does not include lodging, transportation or meals except those as outlined during the Conference (there will be coffee and snack breaks and limited meals included during the Conference)
